By downloading, installing, or using Rocket Words ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
Rocket Words grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
3. In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including graphics, gameplay mechanics, music, sound effects, and text — is the exclusive property of Rocket Words and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Words shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rocket Words is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
